Went early and got service quickly
Needed to change my name because I just got married and it was so fast and easy! 30 minute wait and Mr. Hardin was SO FRIENDLY. I told him I have never laughed before in a government building. I'm sure the wait varies quite a bit. I brought a book because I expected to wait a couple of hours but was PLEASANTLY surprised. Nice comfortable leather seats too! Also, the security guard is so kind.
I expected to wait for 25 minutes to an hour and a half, as the page warned. I came in, grabbed a number and sat down and was called after maybe 5 minutes, tops. There were a few people in front of me but only one person actually got called before me, (not sure why they weren't called before me, I'm guessing it had something to do with the reason for visit) The young lady who helped me got me in and out very quickly and was very helpful and friendly. I was expected a horrible experience today and was pleasantly surprised.
